Join our 6 week Ballet program now!!
This program is beneficial for your body, mind and overall wellness.
Our instructor Alena utilizes fundamental ballet movement techniques to shape, lengthen and tone your muscles.
Our classes accommodate dancers at various skill levels – no matter whether you have a background in dance, or have never danced before, you can join without any hesitation. Our goal is to make your learning journey enjoyable and have you feeling more confident in yourself each class!
Our Ballet program will be an introduction or refresher of the fundamental elements of ballet technique – with simple barre and centre work and proper stretching techniques. Through simple combinations students will notice their coordination and mobility improve as well as their concentration and focus.
Classes will be 2 hours every Monday from 8-10pm, which will allows for:
▪️ longer time to engage with and practice new material (comparable to the standard 1.5hr professional class)
▪️ time for questions, detailed explanations, and demonstrations
▪️ individual attention to each student
▪️ opportunity to progress to the next level!
From April 4th to May 16th
There will be no class on Easter Monday – April 18th, 2022!!!
As this is a progressive program, registration is required for the full term (6 weeks) to allow for maximum quality and intensity of instruction.
