2. Registration and Payment

• Payments for classes, packages, or events must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments or returned checks may result in additional fees or suspension of participation.
• Fees for classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Classes canceled by Star Dance Centre will be rescheduled or credited to your account.
• Missed classes are non-refundable but may be eligible for makeup sessions, subject to availability and studio policies.
• Withdrawals from programs must be communicated in writing. Refunds for withdrawals, if applicable, are subject to our refund policy.

4. Conduct and Behavior

• All participants, parents, and visitors are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and other students.
• Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal without a refund.
• Proper attire, as outlined by Star Dance Centre, must be worn during classes.

5. Health and Safety

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate in classes safely.
• Star Dance Centre is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, performances, or events. Participation is at your own risk.
• Instructors may restrict participation if they deem it unsafe due to health or injury concerns.

6. Use of Studio and Property

• Star Dance Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Participants and visitors are expected to respect studio property and equipment. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may result in charges.

7. Media Release

• By participating in our classes or events, you grant Star Dance Centre permission to use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
• If you do not consent to the use of your image, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

8. Intellectual Property

• All choreography, class materials, and content provided by Star Dance Centre are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Liability Waiver

• By participating, you agree to waive any claims against Star Dance Centre, its instructors, staff, or affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during activities.

10. Changes to Terms

• Star Dance Centre reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or directly to participants.

11. Data collection
